* Whey Protein Isolate is a derivative of milk protein. It is the best choice for rapid calorie consumption as the body can digest the short chains and peptides very quickly (about 30 minutes). Fast-acting proteins like Whey Protein Isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue.
* Whey Protein Concentrate quickly replenishes the body with BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) for the repair and building of lean muscle tissue. It also contains bio-active protein subfractions to increase muscle mass and minimise body fat.

SERVING SUGGESTION
Mix 60 grams or 3 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts, yoghurts to increase the protein and energy content. Take 2-3 times a day. Best taken in the morning after rising and in between meals.
